Julian Alps day tour from Bled or Ljubljana
Pickup at you desired location. Our first stop will be in the valley of Vrata. We go on a short hike to one of the highest waterfalls in Slovenia, Peričnik Waterfall. We then drive on past Kranjska Gora until Zelenci Nature Reserve, where we do another short hike around the area. Zelenci is a remainder of a mighty lake that might have been here millions of years ago. From there we head on to Lake Jasna, another beautiful sight for today. We take a short break here and have the opportunity to hike a bit, or just enjoy some coffee and views. Next on our schedule is the highest mountain pass in Slovenia. Vrsič pass is 1611 meter high and home to some amazing views. We descend into Soča valley, one of the most spectacular and beautiful valleys in whole of Slovenia. We head on to Tolmin where we stop at Tolmin Georges and walk around to take in the beauty of Soča Valley. After a full day on the road we return back to your accomodation.
